Our products

All our products are handmade and as such are subject to some variation in shape, size, colour or pattern. Sizes for products are standard, but as all are handmade they may vary a little.  The fabric covered earrings, in particular, may have slight variations in colours or patterns and we have explained this on the relevant web pages.

Postage & Packing

Postage and packing is free with orders of £15.00 and over. Orders under £15 cost £2.95 p&p.


Goods are normally sent the day after we receive notification of payment from PayPal but always within three days. Your order will be confirmed by email and you will be notified if there are any delays. We will always contact you if goods are out of stock.

Refunds and exchanges

We regret that we cannot issue refunds for or exchange earrings. This is for health reasons as there is a slight risk that the used ear hooks can transmit Hepatitis C.  We will provide a full refund for all goods that arrive faulty. You need to return these within two weeks of receiving the items.

We will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that appear to have been used. Please always arrange proof of posting (available free of charge at post office counters) when returning goods. Please note if a return item goes missing in the post we cannot issue a refund unless you can produce a proof of posting.

Goods may be returned, at your cost, by 1st or 2nd class mail or Royal Mail standard parcel service if heavy.

In the event that you need to return orders over £40 please use special delivery.

Please follow this procedure if you need to return items:

  1. Email us at info@lovethatstuff.co.uk with your order number, the details of the goods you are returning and the reason for returning them.
