Silver plated

Our silver plated earrings are handmade in Kenya. These Kenyan earrings have a brass base and then are over-plated with three layers of silver. Ear hooks are hypo-allergenic. We have worked with Bombolulu Workshops, in Mombasa, who employ 150 workers, since 2002. They are a WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) producer group. Long term relationships with producers is a key principle in Fair Trade. We are also supporting Bombolulu Workshops with other income generating projects in Mombasa, Kenya.
